Financing Options
We participate in most health insurance networks; however, please discuss your specific coverage with our staff. For patients with HMO insurance, be aware that these plans require a referral from your family doctor which you will need to present at the time of your visit. Without this referral form, you may be personally responsible for all charges.
In the event that we do not participate in your insurance plan, payment is requested when services are rendered. All patients receive detailed receipts containing all information necessary for insurance reimbursement. If you have questions, we will gladly review your insurance coverage and options with you.
Additionally, payments for which you may be responsible include co-payments, deductibles, and services which are not covered by your insurance.
