Gia Scavo, O.D.

Gia Scavo O.D. earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Wilkes University in 2012. Dr. Scavo continued her education and went on to receive her Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2016. Throughout her clinical training, she was recognized for clinical excellence in pediatrics and contact lenses. 

Dr. Scavo is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. She practices primary eye care with a specialty in ocular disease and contact lenses. Dr. Scavo joined Focus Eye Group in April 2019.

Dr. Scavo and her husband reside in Chester County along with their son and Goldendoodle, Humphrey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, traveling, and eating at all the great restaurants in the suburbs and city.
